Chris Kelly

Founder & President

Senior executive, entrepreneur and business owner since 1990 offering Human Resource, Payroll and Employee Benefits solutions to clients across varied industries including banking, financial and business professional services, information technology, health and medical services, and manufacturing. Chris has extensive knowledge in all facets of the HR outsourcing marketplace including human resource management system (HRMS) technology, payroll administration, employee benefit products and administration, plus employer insurance products.

Kathleen Bordas


A senior executive with over ten years experience encompassing financial analysis, strategic planning, financial consulting, transaction structuring, and marketing of financial products and services, Kathleen has extensive knowledge of the accounting world. Kathleen is a focused, confident, and decisive professional, as well as an expert team builder and organizational leader with the ability to generate cooperation among all levels of employees. Kathleen acquired a B.S. degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma.

Bill Cade

Senior Consultant

With a wide range of knowledge in account management, HRMS systems, payroll administration and employee and employer-benefit administration, Bill brings significant experience to his client organizations. Bill's licensure allows him to consult with business leaders to secure both individual and company benefit programs appropriate to satisfy the needs in health, life and property-casualty insurance. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Radford University in Virginia. 

Anthony Avallone


Senior Account Executive

Anthony has a background in sales and experience working in a Fortune 500 insurance and financial organization. He possesses licensure and a broad knowledge of life and health insurance products.  Anthony is committed to educating clients and building long-term relationships. He listens to the customer needs and keeps their best interest in mind when advising them on the AssetHR's products and services. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Buffalo, and is currently working on his second degree in Finance. 

Jean Radeztsky, MA

Jean has worked with small start-up companies to Fortune 50 organizations. She has held strategic HR and OD roles for organizations such as Best Buy, Sheraton, Knott’s Camp Snoopy, Lifetouch, Allianz Life and Medica to name a few. In addition, Jean serves on the Board of Directors for The Firefly Sisterhood and past HR Committee Chair for the Brain Injury Alliance of MN. She received her M.A. in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessments and Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Kim Benedict, SPHR

As a customer-focused, results-oriented expert who understands the HR needs of organizations, Kim helps clients achieve their Human Resources goals and initiatives. With over 15 years of Human Resources, training and organizational development experience, she is able to provide great insight to clients and resolve HR and employees issues.  She has worked in a many industries, from healthcare to non-profit to manufacturing.  Kim earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University with a focus in Human Resources. She is long-standing member of SHRM and maintains her certification as a Senior Human Resources Professional.

Nancy Stewart, SPHR

Senior Human Resources Consultant

Nancy has a demonstrated track record in successfully developing Human Resources strategies and programs.  She diligently works to help clients improve Human Resources processes and procedures, and at the same time, helping them to increase employee engagement. Nancy has over 25 years of diverse Human Resources experience and has a passion for working with start-up companies to help them succeed.  In addition to her SPHR certification, she is a member of SHRM and is actively involved in several networking groups in the Twin Cities.
