Final day to notify AssetHR of year-end bonuses.

December 25th

AssetHR closed for Christmas.

December 26th

Preferred last day for payroll entries.

December 29th

Last day to submit a 2008 payroll without a penalty waiver or back-dated adjustment fee.

January 1st

AssetHR closed for New Year's Day.

January 5th

Any client with further 2008 adjustments should be placed on hold.

January 6th

Begin quarterly/annual return preparation and W2/1099 printing.

January 16th

Last day for adjustments for clients on hold; remaining W2s/1099s processed as is.

January 19th
